Barbarian Skills( Help Requested please)

I am a level 40 Barbarian, I just yesterday leveled my Smash and 180 and while the 180 was a definite increase my Smash was super weak improvement. I am wondering if there is an experienced barbarian here who could help me with a respec, and tell me which skills are important to get and level up and which I should avoid? Thank you in advance!

Dang, I've been trying to find any information about these skills and either no one knows or wants to tell

Did you really change the level of smash on hotkeys? You have to select "Level 2" in order to work. My Smash increased a great amount of damage when I leveled it up.

You have to manually change the level of your skill everytime you level it up... You're probably still using it level 1
