Uyum Lur said that everything is magic and all magic derives from the “song of the spheres”. Everything that exists, according to him, vibrates at frequencies that make up what he calls “The song of the world”. He was a musician of unparalleled talent, who matched musical chords to every gesture needed to conjure a spell. Another metaphor commonly used by this sage was the parallelism between the history of our world and a symphony, since both unfold over the passage of time.
