Info about VIP bank slots and house

Does anyone know whats happening when you run out of VIP and you have got over 200 items in bank or you got left items in house?

I believe the items in your house get sent directly to your bank.
And when you have 200+ items stored, you just won't be able to store anymore until you remove enough items to get to < 200. (Even thought sending items from your mailbox will bypass this)
