Bloodstone The Ancient Curse

Hi
I cannot finish the quest "the oakendor's harbor" because I've lost the bag which I needed to deliver to Talani.

Is there any way to abandon this quest and accept it again? Can I get this item back somehow?

You should be able to get this item again by going to NPC called Ermos. He's located in south of Danmori Village (Centaur village).

Right now I have the same problem. And the funniest thing is that NPC Belchior(with quest items) doesn't have Talani's bag. Ofc I can create new character and get that stuff, but this isn't a solution
