Shaman balance

The shaman's character is really weak.
I've seen a lot of topics about summons, that's why I just mention too little damage, slow, hard to control.
Poison: Cooldown too long, dynamic combat turns into a waiting simulator.
Light: healing too weak, poor utility at the party.
Greater staff light bonus, 40-50%!
Ice: rebuilding skills, adding slower movement speed in every ice spell.
