Market problem

Hi,

I had today problem with market (27/01/2020). Yesterday I try to sell 2 bladed mace. It should be together about 68k gold. Now I see on my account about 48k gold. It is second time when I lose something without money on market (last time I try to sell Asternin boot for about 12k gold and I lose boots without money on my account). I play on Jasper server and login is kampo26 and hero name is Kampoman. Can you help me with that?
