I have a suggestion for u that can may be help and balance the game.

First thing that will be good is more exp like 5 to 10%.
Second is nerf the monsters that use magic spells.
Good idea is to make pvp more profitable, im talking about extra exp for killing that people who got the kill will got half of exp that enemy losse when he died.
I give u a tip.. Get interested in this game at least.
For the last to balance the PVP give more dmg to players (Only in PVP)
