I cannot finish the quest "the oakendor's harbor" because I've lost the bag which I needed to deliver to Talani.

Is there any way to abandon this quest and accept it again? Can I get this item back somehow?

Which skills, in the Air skill tree should I avoid? Fire and dark for sure ofc, but how about the rest? Should I get all of the Air skills?

I've finished the quest for my 14 lvl weapon (mage). I have all the materials, I've received the polishing stone, needed for the upgrading the weapon, hovewever I don't have the weapon. I cannot craft it in the forge because the lowest level which I'm able to craft is 15 and it needs different mater...
